Buckland Park Radar

The radome begins to take shape. The radome protects the vital antenna and pedestal from wind and rain, ensuring accurate readings from the sophisticated equipment within. The radome took nine days to install, and comprises a mixture of hexagonal and pentagonal panels, each some 1.5 metre across.
