Weather Situation

A low pressure trough over northeastern New South Wales is slowly moving west and weakening and a high pressure system over the southern Tasman Sea is very slowly moving towards New Zealand maintaining a ridge to the north coast. On Thursday another trough will develop over the west of the state and then it move east during Friday and Saturday. The trough is expected to deepen in the east on Monday as an upper trough approaches from the west.
