Swansea had the mildest days on average for October, with a mean
daily maximum temperature of 16.7°C. Mount Wellington was the
coldest spot on average, with a mean daily maximum temperature of
5.3°C.
The highest temperature recorded during October was 26.6°C at Bushy Park on the 18th. At the other extreme, the temperature did not exceed -1.7°C on Mount Wellington on the 10th.
