MONTHLY CLIMATE SUMMARY - VICTORIA

Warm month, wet in the North - Victoria in November 2005

Temperature Summary

November was a warm month over most of the state.  This was a result of a very warm start to the month with well above average temperatures sustained for the first 9 days of November.  The second half of the month experienced regular cold fronts passing across the state resulting in cooler conditions.  Some locations in the East and North East of Victoria broke minimum temperature record during a very warm night on the 3rd.  Due to an inland low pressure system, humidities were very high during the first week of November resulting in uncomfortable conditions.
