Severe to low intensity heatwave conditions through parts of the Cape York Peninsula, and parts of western WA including Perth. Low intensity heatwave conditions through parts of northern Queensland, parts of the Top End, and parts of the Goldfields and southern WA.

Heatwave Situation for Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday (3 days starting 11/12/2024)

Severe to low intensity heatwave conditions through parts of the Cape York Peninsula including Cairns, and parts of the Goldfields and southern WA including Perth. Low intensity heatwave conditions through small areas of northeastern NSW, small areas of northern Queensland, parts of the Top End and northern NT, areas of the Tiwi Islands, parts of the South Interior and far western WA, and parts of western SA.

Extreme to severe heatwave conditions through parts of the Cape York Peninsula. Severe to low intensity heatwave conditions through parts of northern NT, parts of the Goldfields, the South Interior and southern WA, and parts of western SA. Low intensity heatwave conditions through parts of northern and eastern NSW, small areas of central NSW, parts of remaining parts of the Cape York Peninsula including Cairns and northern, southern and central Queensland, parts of southern NT, small areas of the Tiwi Islands, small areas of the Kimberley and far southwestern WA, and small areas of northeastern SA.

Extreme to severe heatwave conditions through parts of the Cape York Peninsula, and parts of northwestern NT. Severe to low intensity heatwave conditions through much of northwestern NSW, parts of northern Queensland, northern NT and far southern NT, much of southeastern WA, parts of the South Interior, and much of western SA. Low intensity heatwave conditions through much of the ACT including Canberra and much of the remaining parts of NSW, parts of remaining parts of the Cape York Peninsula including Cairns as well as northeastern, southern and central Queensland, remaining parts of the NT including the Tiwi Islands, parts of the Goldfields, the North Interior and the Kimberley, much of the remaining parts of SA, and parts of northern Victoria.

Extreme to severe heatwave conditions through parts of the Cape York Peninsula and northwestern Queensland, much of eastern NT, and parts of the Top End and northern NT. Severe to low intensity heatwave conditions through most of NSW except for the far northeast, much of Queensland except for the central and southern coast, most of the remaining parts of the NT except for the far southwest, parts of the Kimberley including Broome, eastern parts of SA, and northern parts of Victoria. Low intensity heatwave conditions through remaining parts of central and eastern Queensland, remaining parts of SA except for the far west, remaining parts of Victoria, and small areas of western and far eastern Tasmania.

Extreme to severe heatwave conditions through parts of western Queensland, and much of the NT except the far southwest. Severe to low intensity heatwave conditions through much of NSW including Sydney, much of western, northern, and southern Queensland including Brisbane, parts of the Cape York Peninsula including Cairns, parts of the North Interior and the Kimberley including Broome, parts of northeastern SA, and much of northeastern Victoria. Low intensity heatwave conditions through remaining parts of far northeast and northwestern NSW, remaining parts of eastern Queensland, small areas of the Pilbara and northwestern WA, remaining parts of eastern SA, much of remaining parts of Victoria including Melbourne and small areas of western and far eastern Tasmania.

Extreme to severe heatwave conditions through parts of western Queensland, much of the NT except the far southwest. Severe to low intensity heatwave conditions through much of central NSW, parts of northern NSW, much of central Queensland, parts of the Cape York Peninsula including Cairns and northern and southern Queensland including Brisbane, parts of the North Interior, the Kimberley including Broome and northwestern WA, and parts of northeastern SA. Low intensity heatwave conditions through much of the ACT including Canberra and remaining parts of NSW, small areas of eastern Queensland, parts of the Pilbara, parts of northeastern Victoria, and small areas of East Gippsland.
