Heatwave Situation for Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday (3 days starting 22/11/2020)

Areas of low-intensity heatwave can be seen through the NT, northern QLD and inland on the NSW/QLD border. Small areas of severe heatwave are indicated in the NT Top End and northern Cape York.

Heatwave Situation for Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday (3 days starting 23/11/2020)

Areas of low-intensity heatwave can be seen through central and northern QLD, northern NT and northern WA. Small areas of severe heatwave are indicated in the NT Top End and Cape York peninsula.

Heatwave Situation for Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday (3 days starting 24/11/2020)

A large area of low-intensity heatwave extends over the north of the country, as well as over the WA/SA border. An area of severe heatwave can be seen north of Cairns in QLD, over the Top End, with further small areas near Broome in WA, the inland SA/WA border.

Heatwave Situation for Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday (3 days starting 25/11/2020)

A large area of low-intensity heatwave extends central Australia. An area of severe heatwave can be seen over the Top End and north of Cairns, a further, larger area of severe heatwave can be seen over the SA/WA border, extending into Eyre Peninsula SA. A small area of extreme heatwave can be seen over the SA/WA border.

Heatwave Situation for Thursday, Friday, & Saturday (3 days starting 26/11/2020)

A large area of low-intensity heatwave extends over central Australia. A large area of severe heatwave can be seen over southeast WA, SA and inland NSW, QLD and VIC.

Heatwave Situation for Friday, Saturday, & Sunday (3 days starting 27/11/2020)

A large area of low-intensity heatwave extends over central Australia and into coastal NSW. A large area of severe heatwave can be seen over the WA/SA/NT border, SA, NSW and northern Victoria.

Heatwave Situation for Saturday, Sunday, & Monday (3 days starting 28/11/2020)

A large area of low-intensity heatwave extends over central Australia and the NT and into coastal NSW. A large area of severe heatwave can be seen over southern QLD, Northeast SA and Northern NSW. A small area of extreme heatwave can be seen near the mid north coast of NSW.
