A cloud band, east of a surface trough, is moving across the Tasman Sea. Patchy
middle level cloud is over northeast NSW and southeast Queensland. Patchy cloud
can also be seen near another trough which extends from western Kimberly into
central Australia.

A cold front and its associated cloud band are moving across the Bight.

The north of the country is largely clear, apart from low cloud over the east
coast of Queensland.
