IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for the 1200UTC Chart Issued at 11:06 pm EDT Monday on 09 December 2019 A middle level cloud band with some embedded thunderstorms extends from the eastern interior of WA, over SA and across Victoria and Tasmania. An associated inland trough extends over the region. Scattered storms over northern WA tending isolated over central NT and down across southwestern parts of QLD extends along another inland trough. Areas of thick smoke, appearing as low cloud, can be seen over eastern NSW and parts of southeast QLD.
