Low cloud affects most of the QLD east coast and adjacent ranges. This is from
onshore flow driven by the high pressure system centred over southern NSW.

Cloud clipping the SA/Vic coast and over Tasmania is due to a weak passing cold
front.

Cloud over southwest WA is due to a surface trough in the vicinity.

The rest of the country remains mostly cloud-free under the influence of a
strong high pressure ridge.
