Low cloud is over southeast Victoria and the south coast of New South Wales from
an onshore airstream. Ongoing areas of thick smoke affect eastern NSW.

There is enhanced tropical convection over the Coral Sea. This is associated
with a slow moving surface trough.

Thunderstorms are active across large parts of WA, central Australia and down
across northeast NSW and southeast Queensland.
