A low pressure system is moving over southern Western Australia, bringing a band
of rain and thunderstorms, mostly to the south coast.

Another deep low pressure system near Tasmania, an associated cold front is
moving through Tasmania and Victoria and southwestern New South Wales. Very cold
air behind this cold front is evident by speckly cloud and is bringing showers
to the area.

Patches of low level cloud is developing over most of eastern Queensland.

The rest of the country remains relatively cloud-free.
