A cold front and cloudband is moving across southwest WA. A prefrontal trough
over the WA interior is producing thunderstorms and some middle level cloud.

A patchy cloud across the Northern Territory and Queensland is due to an upper
level disturbance, which links to a frontal cloud band over the Tasman Sea. Some
thunderstorms are been triggered over central and southeastern Queensland near a
surface trough.

Patchy cloud can also be seen over much of southeastern Australia within a broad
southerly airflow which is being generated by a low over the Tasman Sea.
