IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for the 1800UTC chart on 28 November 2015 Issued at 5:30 am EDT Sunday on 29 November 2015 Areas of middle level cloud drift across the northern half of Australia with isolated embedded thunderstorm activity over the Northern Territory and Queensland. Isolated thunderstorms are also occuring over the northeast of NSW and through the interior of Western Australia. A broad low pressure trough is aligned through these areas. Further south, middle level cloud is streaming from the Bight across Victoria and Tasmania ahead of an upper trough. Low cloud along the NSW coast and ranges is due to humid northeasterly winds. A ridge of high pressure is maintaining clear skies over the Southwest Land Division of Western Australia. A cold front is visible moving to the south of Western Australia.
