A surface trough lies over northern parts of the country extending along the WA
coast associated with a band of cloud spread out across the northern region with
embedded thunderstorms throughout.

A complex low pressure system and cold front are associated with a cloud band
covering much of the Tasman Sea.

An onshore airstream is generating mainly low level cloud along the coastal
areas of VIC, NSW and throughout TAS.

The southern part of WA and much of SA and NSW are mostly clear.
