An active trough of low pressure has move east and reached far eastern NSW and
eastern QLD along with areas of cloud and storms. Another trough is producing
cloud and thunderstorms over the northern tropics.

A high over the Great Australian Bight is extending a moist southeasterly
airstream over Tasmania and the southeast of the country and is generating areas
of mainly low level cloud apart from an area of active thunderstorms over
southern and southeast NSW.

Much of WA, the far southern parts of the NT and the central part of the country
is mostly cloud free.
