A complex low pressure system lies over the Tasman Sea and continues to push low
cloud onto the New South Wales coast.

A large cold front linked to a deep low in the Southern Ocean is currently
crossing South Australia with an associated widespread rain band sweeping over
central Australia and the Southern Ocean. Patchy low level cloud with isolated
showers and thunderstorms sweep over southern parts of WA in the cold, unstable
airmass in the wake of the front.

The rest of the country remains relatively cloud-free.
