Ex-Tropical Cyclone "Kelvin" is located over the Eucla district of Western
Australia and is moving southeast. Low cloud is circulating around the centre
and extends through the southeast of Western Australia. Middle and high level
cloud is streaming from the eastern flank of the centre and is streaming across
southeastern Australia. Patchy cloud along a low pressure trough extends from
Pastorl districts of South Australia to northwest Queensland.

An upper low over the central interior of Queensland is generating showers and
thunderstorms over northern and central Queensland. Isolated thunderstorms are
visible over remaining parts of the tropical north of Australia due to a humid
unstable air mass. Onshore easterly winds are bringing areas of low cloud to the
southern Queensland and NSW coast.
