A strong cold front is moving into the Tasman Sea with a middle level cloud
band. Speckled cloud in the wake of the cold front extends across southern WA
and SA.

A trough in northern NSW and southern QLD has resulted in some thunderstorms
along the ranges.

Areas of low cloud can be seen over coastal areas of Queensland and southwest
WA.

A jetstream is bringing high cloud from the Indian Ocean across the northwest of
the country and also southern Queensland.
