A band of mid to high-level cloud can be seen over the Coral Sea to Tasman Sea
moving east, with embedded thunderstorms. This is associated with a cold front
that is near the east coast. A pool of cold air lies in the wake of the cold
front, evidenced by the speckled cloud over the Southern Ocean and extending
over VIC and SA.

Scattered thunderstorms over the Gulf Country and the Top end have been
triggered by a low level trough.

Generally clear across the rest of the country, apart from high level cloud over
the west Australian coast.
