Cool southerly winds are bringing areas of low cloud to Tasmania and the southeast coast of Australia. A trough is generating patchy cloud through the central and northern interior of Queensland. Another trough through Western Australia is producing scattered cloud with isolated embedded thunderstorms. The remainder of the country is generally clear apart from patchy cloud about the Queensland coast due to onshore winds.
