This is associated with an upper level trough. High cloud is streaming over Queensland ahead of the main cloudband due to an upper level jetstream. High cloud over southwest WA is also associated with an upper level trough. While a cold front is producing low cloud over northeast Tasmania and near the South Australian coast. Patches of low cloud over west coast of Tasmania is due to an onshore westerly flow behind the cold front.
