A trough of low pressure and active rainband with embedded thunderstorms lies
across northern WA, with high cloud extending into SA.

A deep low pressure system south of WA extends a cold front across southern WA,
with an associated cloud band that is moving eastwards.

A low off the NSW coast in the Tasman Sea is moving slowly away from the
mainland.

Onshore winds are generating low cloud over the far eastern Vic, eastern NSW and
much of Tas.
