IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for the 12000UTC chart on 3 May 2015 Issued at 11:11 pm EST Sunday on 03 May 2015 Isolated showers and thunderstorms remain about the eastern Pilbara district of Western Australia. An upper level trough and jet stream is generating high level cloud across the southern interior of Western Australia and the Bight, while a strong cold front is impacting is the southwest of the state. A weakening East Coast Low is located off the far northern NSW coast. Cloud and thunderstorms are visible over the central Coral Sea and Tasman Sea due to northeasterly flow and trough system. Only patchy low cloud extends over eastern NSW and southeast Queensland.
