The monsoon trough is aligned off the northwest coast of WA extending across
northern NT to the Gulf of Carpentaria and is generating thunderstorms within
its vicinity. Cloudy conditions and thunderstorms cover northern Australia.

A cloud band stretching across Victoria and extending over the Tasman Sea is
associated with a low pressure trough stationed over central Australia and
extending across Victoria and another surface trough lying across the Tasman
Sea.

A surface trough near the west coast of WA extends over the southern coast.
Isolated thunderstorms can be seen within its vicinity.
