An extensive band of cloud stretches from northern parts of the NT through Qld
to northeast NSW associated with a cold front and trough moving towards the
Tasman Sea.

A low pressure system in Bass Strait is generating areas of low to middle level
cloud over the southeast. Isolated thunderstorms are occuring over eastern
inland NSW.

Areas of low and middle level cloud can be observed over southern interior parts
of SA and WA, under the influence of a high pressure system and moist onshore
flow.

The remainder of the country is mostly cloud free.
