Areas of thick cloud bringing rain, showers and isolated thunderstorms cover
eastern parts of the continent, associated with a surface trough and connected
upper-level disturbance.

A cold front is crossing the Bight, within speckly cloud in its wake indicating
a pool of cold, unstable air.

Otherwise, the rest of the country remains mostly cloud-free, apart from some
low-level coastal cloud for southern Western Australia and parts of the
Queensland coast.
