Low cloud affects eastern parts of QLD, caused by onshore flow driven by the
high pressure system centred over southern NSW.

Low cloud is also building over the SA and Vic coast, as well as over Tasmania,
associated with the passage of a weak cold front.

Cloud over southwest WA is due to a surface trough in the vicinity.

The rest of the country remains mostly cloud-free under the influence of a
strong high pressure ridge.
