IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for 1200UTC Chart Issued at 1:10 am EDT Tuesday on 31 January 2023 Troughs extend from a low in the Pilbara region with one along the Western Australia coastline and another that passes through central Northern Territory, interior Queensland towards a low off the coast of New South Wales. High cloud and embedded thunderstorms are present on and near these troughs. Low cloud covers much of Tasmania and Victoria due to moist onshore flow. The rest of the country is mostly cloud free.
