Isolated thunderstorms continue about northern Cape York Peninsula.

A cloud band stretching from the  interior of WA, across SA and NSW and, over
the Tasman Sea is associated with surface and upper troughs. Thunderstorms are
visible within this cloud band mainly over NSW and the Tasman Sea.

Low cloud is being pushed onto the coast of southwest WA and VIC, southeast SA
and western TAS by onshore westerly winds.

High cloud is streaming across the central west coast of WA, ahead of another
upper trough.
