A cold front is moving across Tasmania with patchy cloud streaming ahead of the
front over the Tasman Sea. Low cloud and drizzle areas linger over southern
Victoria and the southern agricultural areas of South Australia due to onshore
winds. Showers are also evident along the southern coast of Western Australia.

Further north, a broad low pressure trough extends from the Pilbara through
central Australia to the eastern interior. Areas of cloud are visible with this
feature with isolated thunderstorms active over the Southern Interior of Western
Australia into western parts of South Australia. An upper trough is generating a
cloud band streaming from Esperance to south of the Bight. In the east, isolated
showers and storms are affecting the southeast coast of Queensland and far
northeast of NSW.

The north of the country is mostly clear.
