A cold front with associated low and middle level cloud is moving across
Victoria and Tasmania while a trough, with a large band of cloud, has moved out
into the Tasman Sea.

Another trough and a shallow low pressure system in the Indian Ocean, to the far
west of WA, is extending a band of middle and high level cloud over central west
and southwest WA. High cloud from this system has also drifted over southern SA.

The rest of the country is mostly cloud free apart from areas of low cloud over
the southern parts of WA, SA and over eastern NSW.
