IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for 1200UTC Chart Issued at 1:23 am EDT Monday on 27 March 2023 A trough through Western Australia, central Australia and South Australia is bringing thick bands of cloud to the region. Scattered low cloud is present across inland Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria due to a separate trough through the area. Low cloud is present along the southern coastline of the country and is being brought onshore by the combination of a low in the Great Bight and separate ridges over Western Australia and the coastline of the southeastern states. The rest of the country is mostly cloud free.
