A strong cold front has reached Adelaide, western Victoria and Tasmania. A huge
mass of cold unstable air, the "speckled" cloud, is visible west of the front.
This cold air mass stretches south to an intense low near 50S.

Low cloud is over southwest Western Australia in the wake of the front.

Cloud is also affecting parts of the Queensland east coast in an onshore
airstream.

Clear conditions persist through the interior and across the north of the
country.
