IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for the 1200UTC Chart on 28 June 2016 Issued at 11:05 pm EST Tuesday on 28 June 2016 Patchy low cloud can be seen over southern NSW, VIC and TAS due to low level moisture under the high pressure system centred over NSW. Thunderstorm activity is evident around a complex low pressure system in the Tasman Sea. A cold front and associated cloud band has begun to influence the southwest parts of Western Australia. Some mid to high level cloud is visible over Tasmania produced by a weakening cold front located south of the state. The rest of the country remains clear due to the large high pressure system centred over NSW.
