An upper level disturbance ahead of a surface trough is generating mid to upper
level cloud and thunderstorms from the Top End and Kimberly regions through the
centre of the Northern Territory and southern Queensland the actoss New South
Wales, Victoria and Tasmania. A moist northeasterly wind flow is feeding into
the cloud band bringing flooding rain and scattered thunderstorms to much of the
NSW coastal plain and ithe Great Divide.

A cold front can be seen passing across the Nullabor with extensive cloud
associated with a prefrontal trough evident across coastal and inland pastoral
regions of South Australia.

Moist onshore flow is generating areas of low level cloud over coastal regions
of southwestern Western Australia, while the rest of the country is mostly cloud
