A cold front and cloud band is moving across Victoria and southern New South
Wales. 

A cloud band associated with a cold front extends from southwest Western
Australia down to a deep low over the Southern Ocean.

A thick upper level cloud band is streaming from tropical convection over the
northern Indian Ocean down to central Australia and southern Queensland.
