IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for the 0600UTC chart on 30 November 2015 Issued at 5:46 pm EDT Monday on 30 November 2015 Convective clouds have built up over parts of Queensland, Northern Territory, northeast Western Australia, inland South Australia, southwest Victoria and northeast New South Wales resulting in thunderstorms over these areas. This activity is the result of a broad low pressure trough aligned through these areas. Middle level cloud extends from NT over eastern SA, western NSW and southwest QLD ahead of an upper level trough. A cold front is approaching Tasmania from the west. A broad cloud band ahead of this cold front can be seen over Tasmania. Patchy low level cloud is visible over the southwest coast of WA due to an on-shore flow.
