A cold front with a prefrontal trough is moving across South Australia and
interior Western Australia. A cold unstable airmass is evident behind this front
with showers about the southwest coast.

A high pressure system is dominating the southeast of the country with stable
conditions. High level cloud is streaming across Bass Strait and Tasmania.

Southeasterly winds are resulting in isolated light showers about the east coast
of Queensland.

Clear conditions persist through the interior and across the north of the
country.
