A broad region of low pressure over northern Western Australia with a trough
extending through South Australia is generating an extensive band of cloud and
embedded thunderstorms to the north.

Another trough extends from the Northern Territory to northeast SA with areas of
active convective clouds.

An area of thunderstorms and associated seasonal cloud is present over northern
Queensland and the Top End.

A trough and cold front is passing eastern Tasmania and central Victoria with a
band of cloud.

The rest of the continent is mostly cloud free apart from areas of low cloud
along the coastal regions of Qld and New South Wales.
