IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for the 0000UTC chart on 01 July 2015 Issued at 12:48 pm EST Wednesday on 01 July 2015 An area of fog and low cloud is clearing from the Queensland southern interior. Middle and high level cloud is extending over southern WA. This is associated with a complex low pressure system to the west of Perth. Some of this cloud is being swept eastward over southern SA by a strong cold front south of the Bight. Patchy low cloud is gradually clearing from Victoria, whilst frontal cloud approaches Tasmania from the west. Cloud from moist southeast trade wind flow is over parts of the Top End and the Gulf of Carpentaria. A large mass of deep convective cloud can be seen near the Solomon Islands, associated with Tropical Cyclone "Raquel".
