A cold front over the Bight has showers and thunderstorms embedded in its
associated thick cloud band that extends across South Australia, Victoria and
into Bass Strait. Cold air behind the front is generating thunderstorm cells
over the Southern Ocean and low cloud covers most of southwest WA.

A low to mid level cloud band is near the northern NSW coast. This is associated
