An upper level disturbance is generating middle to upper level cloud and a few
thunderstorms through South Australia, as well as over the Kimberley region and
into the Northern Territory. The northern section of the cloud band also
stretches further east into northwestern Queensland.

A developing low pressure system near the head of the Bight is generating middle
to upper level cloud through South Australia and western Victoria.

Another low pressure trough extends from the Bight through southeast SA to the
Bass strait. A large area of cloud is associated with this system and covers
much of the southeast of the country, including Tasmania.

Moist onshore flow is also generating areas of low level cloud over southern
coastal regions of WA.
