Tropical Cyclone "Trevor" has made landfall and is now located near the NT town
Cresswell Downs with widespread cloud spread with embedded showers and
thunderstorms over northern Australia associated with the system. A particularly
active cloud band arcs across the base of the NT's Top End and over the southern
Gulf of Carpentaria with frequent embedded thunderstorms.

Severe Tropical Cyclone "Veronica" is currently located just offshore from Port
Hedland, WA. Thick middle level cloud is streaming southeastwards from this
system extending over Victoria and Tasmania.

A strong fast moving cold front is visible over the Southern Ocean south of WA,
identifiable by the thick cloud band wrapping around a deep low pressure system
with speckled, cellular cloud to its west. This weather system will bring a
significant change to the southeast of the continent over the next two days.
