A band of middle to upper level cloud with a few embedded thunderstorms. This is
associated with a low pressure trough, present over eastern Queensland and is
extending south over eastern NSW.

A weak band of middle and high level cloud, associated with a trough, covers
southern parts of SA and western Victoria.

A developing cold front to the south of Western Australia has associated mid
level cloud band and embedded thunderstorms.

Otherwise much of the central, western and northern parts of the country are
mostly clear.
