A cold front and a low pressure system sitting off the east coast of the country
has generated a large cloud band as well as an active area of storms around the
NSW coast.

A cloud band with embedded storms is moving over southwestern WA, being driven
by another cold front.

Low cloud and fog can be seen on the western slopes of NSW.

The rest of the country is relatively settled under the influence of a high
pressure ridge.
