IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for 0600UTC Chart Issued at 5:18 pm EST Sunday on 22 May 2022 The area of high and mid level cloud over eastern Qld has moved out over the Tasman Sea. This is being driven by both an upper level and a surface trough. Remaining over southeast Qld northeast NSW is a large area of low cloud. Weak surface troughs and an upper air disturbance are responsible for the middle level cloud across parts of WA, SA and southern NT. A vigorous cold front is crossing southwestern WA. The north of the continent remains mostly cloud free.
