to high level cloud across the central parts of Western Australia and about the
northeastern parts of South Australia. Thunderstorms is obsered across the
interior of Western Australia. An upper trough together with a surface low
pressure trough is causing this area of instability.

Areas of low cloud is present over coastal regions of southwest WA, western
Tasmania and southern coastal areas of Victoria while a moist onshore flow is
causing areas of low cloud along the eastern seaboard and northern coastal parts
of Queensland.
