Southeasterly onshore winds are causing low cloud to build over eastern parts of
QLD and the Top End. Low cloud is also building over the SA and VIC coast, as
well as over TAS, associated with the passage of a weak cold front.

Cloud over southwest WA is due to a surface trough in the vicinity.

High cloud is being drawn from the Indian Ocean over southwest WA.

The rest of the country remains mostly cloud-free under the influence of a
strong high pressure ridge.
