A low pressure system extends across central Queensland, through eastern NSW and
connects to a front over Victoria and into a low near Tasmania. Associated
active cloud band and thunderstorm activity is visible within the vicinity of
the trough, cold front and the low.

An area of extensive cloud in observed east of Queensland coasts due to an
easterly trough in the Coral Sea. 

A trough with associated cloud and thunderstorms extends from northern WA
through to northern NT. 

An extensive area of cloud associated with a cold front is approaching WA from
the west. Meanwhile, a weak trough over southern WA is generating thundery

A broad area of low cloud lingers about the southeast SA coast within an onshore
southerly flow.

The remainder of Australia is mostly clear due to a high pressure ridge.
