High cloud and isolated diurnal thunderstorms can be seen about the far northern tropics of Australia.
A cold front is moving along the New South Wales south coast bringing low cloud to parts of the southeast of the state. Patchy low cloud also lies about southern Victoria and Tasmania within the cooler southwesterly airflow behind the front.
Patchy cirrus covers parts of the southwest of WA but the remainder of the continent is predominantly cloud free.
